She lived only a matter of weeks. Ira Peck's book of Joseph Peck's Descendants p. 72 shows a Betsey Peck born Jan 17, 1802 but also says she married an Orlo Lockwood at St. George's, VT. Chances are that this Elizabeth who only lived a couple weeks was born earlier and was a sister and died so the parents named a later girl Elizabeth and that one was born in 1802.
