Mrs. Mary Balch died at the home of her son, Mr. Bill Alexander, last week. She was loved by all. Our sympathy is extended to the bereaved family.

Departed this life a few days ago, Mrs. Mary Balch, nee Alexander, nee Wallace. She was an aged Christian of the Baptist faith, and she came of as noble and hightoned family as ever lived in this protion of the county. She was loved by all who knew her.
