To visit the Annas family's gravestones, enter Gate 1 of Rose Hills. Do not enter any other gate. Be aware that Rose Hills has five separate properties along Workman Mill Road in Whittier. Turn right just past the administration buildings. This road will curve uphill. On your right you will pass Garden of Hope, Pinewood Urn Garden (very small), then Garden of Affection. Look for curb #158. At this point, walk into the lawn 29 rows; turn rt. approx. 12 spaces. Loren will be the first you will see, then Lucille, then Jacob.

In this photo, you should notice that Jacob's gravestone is about 4" below ground level. It was completely covered when I arrived. I took photos of Lucille and Loren. Then got to thinking that Loren's name did not sound right. Checked the grave request and saw that Jacob was the requested name. I poked down on the other side of Lucille's gravestone and felt something and started digging. You might want to report to the offece that his stone needs to be raised. It will become covered again.

Jacob, Lucille, and Loren Annas. Stones are facing south and very close to the hedge that is the southern border of the Gate 1 area.
