19 Dec 1962: Arthur (Red) Ebling, 57, husband of Elsie, nee Rutter, Ebling, died at his home, 45 W. Main St., Newmanstown early Sunday morning. Born at Mt. Pleasant, Berks County, he was the son of the late Charles and Rosie Henne Ebling. He was employed as a cook at the Wernersville State Hospital. He was a member of Elias United Church of Christ, Newmanstown, and the Newmanstown Athletic Association and Fire Co. In addition to his wife, he is survived by four sisters and five brothers: Miss Beulah Ebling, & Clara, wife of John Cantagalli, both of Lebanon; Esther, wife of Marvin Krick, Womelsdorf RD I, Elizabeth, wife of Frederick Oberly, Ephrata; Miles, of Myerstown; William, of Robesonia; Russell, of Schaefferstown; Roy, of Richland; and George, of Newmanstown.
