She was born May 9, 1921 in Orangeburg County. She was the daughter of the late Marvin Wiles and the late Semmie Rickenbaker Wiles. She was a member of the Women's Auxiliary of the VFW Post #2779, past president, Voice of Democracy chairperson, member of the Military Order of the Cootie Auxiliary, Pup Tent #13, former flag bearer MOCA Grand of SC, first clown, MOCA PT #13. She was the widow of the late Raymond "Ray" Turner. daughter, Mrs. Jackie (Jackie) Bolton of Cope; stepdaughter, Mrs. Zane (Charolotte) Kelley of Bunnell, Florida; stepson, Mr. Dan Turner of La Porte, TX; 7 grandchildren; 6 great-grandchildren; 1 great-great-grandchild; 4 brothers, Robert Wiles, Lewis Wiles, Fred Wiles, Shuler Wiles, all of Orangeburg; 2 sisters, P.T.
