ASHBURN --- Services for Clifford H. Ward will be at 2 p.m. today in Rocky Mount Cemetery. Ward, 76, died Tuesday, April 27, 1999. Born in Turner County, he was the son of the late John and Edith Ward. He was a member of Oak Grove Baptist Church.
Survivors include his wife, Voncile Ward; son, the Rev. Bobby Ward Sr. of Vienna; sisters, Dot Farmer of Sycamore, Mary Rainew of Albany, Lilla Sparta of Ashburn and Delorna Nelson of Conyers; two grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren.
