She married Sir Robert Offley Ashburton Crewe-Milnes, 1st and last Marquess of Crewe, son of Richard Monckton Milnes, 1st Baron Houghton and Hon. Annabella Hungerford Crewe, on 3 June 1880.
From 3 June 1880, her married name became Milnes. As a result of her marriage, Sibyl Marcia Graham was styled as Baroness Houghton on 11 August 1885.
