Sherman-Ola Maye Blythe Hall, 84 year old Sherman resident, died Thursday, Feb. 11, 1999, at Wilson N. Jones Memorial Hospital. Services will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday Feb. 13, in Waldo Funeral Chapel. The Rev.Harold Watson of Southmayd Baptist Church will officiate. Burial will be in Cedarlawn Memorial Park. Mrs. Hall was born on Feb. 3, 1915, in Sherman, Texas, the daughter of Shelby and Anna Aaron Hazelwood, and attended Plainview schools. She was preceded in death by her husband, Ernest Blythe in 1981 and her husband, Ray Hall in 1991. Mrs Hall was a member of Southmayd Baptist Church and the Royal Neighbors of America. She worked many years as a seamstress for Pool Manufacturing. She had also worked for awhile at Sadler & Southmayd Schools. Pallbearers will be Dan Wright, Floyd Viers, Terry Worley, Charles Worley, Alfred Godsey and Bill Schneider. Surviving are her daughters Ann Grisgby and her husband, Leon of Bells; Daughter, Tina Blythe Jones and her husband, Bill of Sherman; sisters, Margaret Bundschuh, Georgia Worley and Betty Martin, all of Sherman, and Mary Hughes of Howe; step-daughter and step-son-in-law, Joyce and Leroy Beene of Hurst; step-son, Josh Hall of Eagle Mountain Lake; granddaugher, Kathy Grigsby Walker of Bells; grandson, Lonnie Grigsby of Denison; grandson, Jeff Jones of Whitesboro; grandson, Joey Jones of Sherman; grandson, Jeremy Jones of Whitesboro; six great-grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her husbands; sisters, Winnie Brown and Olean Godsey; and a brother, S.R. (Son)Hazelwood.
