May Cannon, 91, died Tuesday at Bulloch Memorial Hospital.
The Bulloch County native was a retired dietitian and lunchroom manager at Mattie Lively School with 17 and a half years of service with the Bulloch County Board of Education. She was of the Primitive Baptist faith.
Survivors include three step-sons, Hugh D. Cannon, Winder, John E. Cannon, Wilmington Island, and William Cannon, Gainesville, Fla.; five step-grandchildren and three step-great-grandchildren.
The funeral will be held Wednesday at 3 p.m. in the chapel of Hodges-Turner Funeral Home with Elder Jack Anderson officiating. Burial will be in Bulloch Memorial Gardens.
Nephews will serve as pallbearers.
