She was the daughter of James M. & Mary L. (Parris) Condry. She grew to adulthood on the banks of the Clinch River in the area known today as the Condry Bend.

Allie married first, Eugene Davidson, 3 Nov 1905, Grainger County, Tennessee. The two daughters born to this marriage were to be her only children. The 1910 census is the only time this family is shown. Eugene died in 25 Jan 1918, the results of a fall from his horse.

She married second, Hillard C. Coffey, 14 Apr 1919, Grainger Co., TN. The 1920 census is the only time this family is listed. When this short and childless marriage came to an end Allie and the girls returned to her girlhood home and lived with her father until his death.

Her third marriage was to William Thomas Dalton.

She was the mother of two daughters;
1. Elsie b-30 Aug 1906, m-Ellis Jackson
2. Elva Hazel b-24 June 1907, m-Jesse C. Hopson
