BASS, Lola Joyce McAlpin, New Albany, died May 10, 2010 at her home. She was born in Pocahontas, TN to the late Eric and Roma McAlpin. Services were May 12, at 1pm at United Funeral Services Chapel in New Albany with burial in Vista Memorial Park. Rev Timmy Bass, Rev Louie Williams and Rev Stephen Thomas officiated. Survivors include her husband, Gerald Ray Bass, New Albany; two brothers, Don McAlpin (Linda) and Lee McAlpin, both of Middleton, TN; a daughter, Tammy Wilkerson (Steve), Myrtle; 8 grandchildren, Cole, Carley and Claire Wilkerson, Bleu Bass (Lana), Logan Bass, Toby Thomas (Steve), Elise Fyke (Harry), and Eric Waldon; 3 gggrandchildren. She was preceded in death by her sister Lila Lipford, and a son, Randy Bass.
