Dryville, June 22. – Hannah (nee Beitler), widow of John Carl, died at the residence of Mr. and Mrs. William E. Trexler, in Rockland, a mile east of this place. Her age was 77 years, 11 months and 27 days. She had been ill with a complication of diseases for about six weeks. Previous to that time she was ill but little during her lifetime. She was of a kind disposition and leaves a large number of friends. Three daughters and three sons remain, two of the later residing in South Dakota. Funeral on Friday, June 26, at 9:30 a.m. at the house. Services and interment at Christ (Mertz) Church, Rev. J.O. Henry officiating.
