Graveside services will be held at 2 p.m. Wednesday in West Hill Cemetery for Glen Hardy Blythe, 59, former Sherman resident who died Sunday at his Rusk County home after a brief illness. Bryant Funeral Home of Henderson is in charge of arrangements,
Mr. Blythe was born in Sherman, a son of William J. and Birchie Lou Ayers Blythe. A former Texas Instruments security guard, he was retired and had lived in Henderson two years.
Surviving are a daughter,Glenda Scott of Tulsa, Okla; son, Larry Glen Blythe of The Colony; sisters, Vera Lee Ramey of Sherman and Pauline Linsteadt of Denison; and four grandchildren.
