She was widowed by 2 husbands Marion Garrett and Joe Reese.

She was preceded in death by her parents; 1 son Carrell Garrett; 2 brothers Charley Roberts and William Curtis Roberts; and 3 sisters Mary Irvin, Francis Roberts, and Mellie Pickle.

Mrs. Annie Belle Uselton Riggins of Memphis who died Saturday night, August 21, after an illness of two years, leaves 92 descendants which includes a number in the Dyess area.
Mrs. Riggins, 70, was born in Sulligent, Ala., and had spent the past 22 years in Memphis. Burial was in Memorial Gardens Cemetery by Citizens Funeral Home of West Memphis.
She leaves her husband Leslie Riggins of Memphis; six daughters, Leola Davidson of Kansas City, Mo., Inola Rogers of Dyess, Ark., Kathleen Clifford of Phoenix, Ariz., Juanita Crabtree of Walled Lake, Mich., Vera Jones of the home in Memphis, Ann Stanley of Calif., two sons Creston Garrett of Kansas City, Mo., and the late Carrell Garrett of Memphis: also 40 grandchildren and 44 great-children.
There were many friends and relatives from throughout the United States who attended the services on Monday.

Services for Mrs. Annie Riggins, 69, who died Saturday night at the home of a daughter, Mrs. Vera Jones, 2030 Tant Road, were to be at 3:30 p.m. today at Jackson Avenue Baptist Church with burial in Memorial Hill Gardens Cemetery. Citizens Memphis was in charge.
Mrs. Riggins, a Memphis resident of 21 years, was the wife of Leslie B. Riggins, a painter.
She also leaves her son, J. C. Garrett of Kansas City, Mo.; five other daughters, Mrs. Anderson Rogers of Dyess, Ark., Mrs. Leola Davidson of Kansas City, Mrs. Homer Crabtree of Wall Lake, Mich., Mrs. R. S. Clifford of Phoenix, Ariz., and Mrs. Johnnie Stanley of Glendale, Calif.; two brothers; two sisters; 36 grandchildren and 45 great-grandchildren.
