Patsy Frank Bitonti, 88, of
Fairmont, passed away Sunday
(Feb. 19, 2012) at the UPMC
P r e s b y t e r i a n
Hospital in
Pittsburgh.
He was born
March 28, 1923
in Fairmont, son of the late
Frank and Tomaseta Bitonti.
Patsy was a veteran of the U.S
Army serving during World War
II for two years, and he was reinstated
for one year during the
Korean War. He was formerly
employed as a truck driver/
salesman for RC Cola Co. and
Falls City Beer. Frank was also
employed by Sharon Steel and
A&P Warehouse. He later retired
fromCreative Labels Printing Co.
He is survived by a son, Jim
Bitonti and wife Lona of Fort
Lauderdale, Fla.; two grandchildren,
Erica and Felicia; and
two great-grandchildren, Zara
and Lea.
In addition to his parents, he
was preceded in death by his
wife, Mary "Kitty" Merrifield
Bitonti; three brothers, Sam, Joe
and Frank "Buckeye" Bitonti;
and a sister,Annie Bitonti.
Family and friends may call at
Domico Funeral Home, 414
GastonAve. in Fairmont, from3-8
p.m. today and from 1-2 p.m.
Wednesday. The funeral service
will be held at 2 p.m. Wednesday
in the funeral home with Pastor
James Zinn officiating. Interment
will follow at Pisgah Cemetery
with full military rites being performed
at graveside by the
Marion CountyVeteran's Council.
