Mrs. Lillie Mae Burrell

Mrs. Lillie Mae Burrell, 86, of Kosciusko died Tuesday in Doctors’ Hospital in
Jackson.

Funeral services were held at 2 p.m. April 5 from Nowell Funeral Home chapel in Kosciusko with the Rev. Horace Self and the Rev. Horace Culley officiating. Burial was in Seneasha Cemetery.

Mrs. Burrell was a native of Attala County, a daughter of Robert Burrell and Nancy Cotton Burrell. She was a member of Jehovah’s Witness Kingdom Hall in Ethel.

She is survived by seven daughters, Mrs. Velma Lucille Barrett of Kosciusko, Mrs. Stella McNeaI of Pickens, Mrs. Marie Jones of Metarie, La., Mrs. Nancy Burr of Clearmont Harbor, Mrs. Ollie Mae Teeney of Waveland, Mrs. Betty DeAngelo of Columbia and
Mrs. Irene Burchfield of French Camp; six sons, Arthur Willis Burrell of Duson, La., Dave Burrell of McAdams, James L. Burrell of Broken Bow, Okla., James Edward Burrell of Pickens, Clyde W. Burrell of Slidell, La. and James Willis Burrell of Goodman; two sisters, Mrs. Mary Terry and Mrs. Dora Brock, both of Kosciusko: one brother, D.C. Burrell of Kosciusko; 73 grandchildren, 107 great-grandchildren, and one great-great- grandchild.

Pallbearers were John Barrett, James McNeal, James Burrell, Jr., Benny Burrell, Herbert Burrell, Charles May and Timmy Burrell.
