Funeral services at Decatur City Cemetery were held for him on March 6, 1922. He was 67.

Jonathan S. Ford Dies at His Home
Jonathan S. Ford died yesterday afternoon at 5 o'clock at his residence, 413 Grove street, Decatur.
Funeral services will be conducted this afternoon by Rev. C. C. Davison, pastor of the Decatur Baptist church, from the residence.
Interment will be made here.
The deceased is survived by his wife and two sons, Robert Ford, of the Churchill compress, and Bud Ford of Mobile.
