Mrs. Loretta Bingham Doxey, 88, of 2024 Ogden, died Saturday night.
Mrs. Doxey was born May 10, 1879, in Wilson Lane, a daughter of Willard and Cynthia Shurtliff Bingham Jr.
She was married to John Doxey on May 10, 1899, in the Salt Lake LDS Temple. He died in 1955.
She had been a member of the Fourth LDS Ward Relief Society.
Surviving are the following sons and daughters; Clifford Doxey, Thomas Doxey, Mrs. Tom (Vonda) Woods, Mrs. Walter (Gladys) Morf, all of Ogden; Mrs. Elgin (Lella) Erickson, El Cerito, Calif.; Rulon Doxey, Oakland, Calif., Willard Doxey, Provo; 12 grandchildren, 20 great-grandchildren.
Funeral services will be held Wednesday at 11 a.m. in the Larkin Chapel of the Dawn with Bishop Derek Warnes of the Fourth Ward officiating.
Friends may call at the mortuary Tuesday from 7 to 9 p.m. and Wednesday until services. Burial in Ogden City Cemetery.
