William M. Biddle, secretary and treasurer of the Cumberland Valley Railroad Company, died at his home in Carlisle last Wednesday. he had been sick for more than two years, death, however, coming unexpectedly. His father, General E.M. Biddle, occupied the same position in railroad as his son, who was his assistant, and late upon his death four years ago, became his successor. Judge E.W. Biddle was a brother of the deceased.
