Services were held at 2 p.m. Monday at Dresden Pentecostal Church, Dresden with Rev. Darrell Pollock officiating. Burial was in Good Springs Cemetery, Dukedom with Jackson Funeral Home in Dukedom in charge of the arrangements.
Mrs. Emerson was born Sept. 6, 1922, in Weakley County, daughter of the late Verley "Dudley" and Charley A. Blaylock. She was the widow of Jewel Thomas Cashon, married 4 Jul 1942 in Obion County, and Estell Lee Emerson. She was a homemaker and a member of Dresden Pentecostal Church.
Survivors include two daughters and sons-in-law, Mary and Ray Bruce of Dukedom, Estelle and Roy Long of Martin; four grandchildren; and 11 great-grandchildren.
She was also preceded in death by one sister and one brother.
