SHARON — Barbara Frances Robich, 1067 Haig St., Sharon, died Saturday, May 8, 2010, at the hospital of Sharon Regional Health System. She was 84.
She was born March 6, 1926, in Sharon to George and Theresa Milcic Cabraja.
She attended Sharon area schools and worked as a cook for Sharon City School District for 13 years, retiring in June 1979.
Mrs. Robich was also a volunteer at UPMC Horizon's Farrell hospital for 10 years.
She was a member of St. Anthony's Catholic Church, Sharon, and Croatian Fraternal Union Lodge 705, Farrell.
She was married to John Robich on June 7, 1947. He preceded her in death on Dec. 27, 2005.
She is survived by: a son, Robert, and his wife Debra Robich, Hermitage; a daughter, Diane, and her husband Timothy Bartholomew, Mercer; and five grandchildren: Kristy and her husband Jeff McNeish, New Wilmington; Robert and his wife DeAnn Robich II, Hermitage; Scott and his wife Jaime Bartholomew, Mercer; Tracie and her husband Jason Oechslein, Jefferson Hills, Pa.; and Brian and his wife Alexis Robich, Clark; and nine great grandchildren.
As well as her husband, she was preceded in death by her parents; a brother, John Cabraja; and a sister, Catharine Podleyon.
