Eric Keith Lynch, son of Douglas Carl and Carolyn Ruth (Edwards) Lynch, was born March 2, 1973, in Portland, Oregon, and passed away January 11, 2009, in Enid, Oklahoma, at the age of 35 years, 10 months, and 9 days.
Eric attended school in Enid and Cache, Oklahoma. He was united in marriage to his childhood friend, Erica Elaine Welch, on May 10, 2005, in Enid, Oklahoma and they made their home in Waukomis.
He attended church at the First Church of the Nazarene in Enid. He enjoyed playing the guitar, listening to music, grilling out and camping with his kids. He excelled in his 14 year career in the oilfield as toolpusher for Logan El Dorado in Enid.
He was preceded in death by an infant daughter, Autumn Marie.
He will be severely missed by his wife, Erica, and three sons, Daymon, Talon, and Tydus. He is also survived by his parents, Douglas and Carolyn Lynch of Cache; his brother, Brian Lynch; his sister, Emily Lynch; his grandma, Jimmie Edwards; his grandfather, DeLee Lynch; other relatives and many friends.
Memorial contributions may be made through the funeral home to St. Judes Children's Research Hospital.
