DEBENPORT Patricia Raye Elliff Debenport, 67, born February 22, 1934 in Corpus Christi, Tex., died September 8, 2001 at Mt. Carmel East Hospital following a brief illness. Graduate of the Incarnate World Academy, Class of '52, was a homemaker for years, and then attended Pensacola Junior College School of Nursing, graduated 1974. Formerly employed by Baptist Hospital, Pensacola, Fla. and Mt. Carmel East, where she was instrumental in setting up the Endoscopy Lab. Retired from National City Bank. An avid bridge player, Pat participated in several different bridge groups. Preceded in death by parents Ike and Mary Elliff, sister Mary Lee Elliff, brother Douglas Elliff, step-brother Pete Hander, all of Corpus Christi. Survived by daughter, Mary "Dee" Debenport; son, Marque C. Debenport; daughter-in-law, Donna; granddaughters, Tracy, Lauren and Elaine, the H.T. Moore Family children, Sue Barnhouse, Karen Musick; and a host of devoted friends. Friends will be received at SCHOEDINGER EAST CHAPEL, 5360 E. Livingston Ave., Wednesday 6-8 p.m. and 1 hour prior to the service on Thursday at 1 p.m. Interment Glen Rest Memorial Estate. Doris P. Anderson officiating, friend of 41 years. Memorial contributions may be made in memory of Patricia to Mt. Carmel East Hospital, 6001 E. Broad St., Columbus, Oh. 43213.
