Thelma Mae Walker , 88, of Chadwick, passed away Thursday , May 6, 2010.She was born June 1, 1921 in Longrun, Mo in Ozark County. She was the daughter of Edward and Bertha(Simpson) Adams . On August 5, 1939 she married Elmer Walker in Forsyth , Mo. Mrs walker was a true farmers wife helping her husband whenever she could. She had been a member of the Pine Ridge Church for many year. She also enjoyed quilting.
Survivers include her son Don & wife Janice , Chadwick, three grandsons, Danny, Chadwick, Dennis and wife Cindy, Cunningham, Kentucky , and Darrell Walker and wife Kerry , Bolivar, Penny Hull, Chadwick , eleven great -grandchildren and ten gr- gr- grandkids, a sister , Velma Stepp, Woodland, California.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Elmer in 2008, two brothers, Palmer Adams, and Delmar Adams and her parents.
Funeral services on Monday May 10, 2010 in the Adams Funeral Home, Ozark . with Rev. Geneva Thornton officiating, burial in the Chadwick Cemetery.
