From the Davis County Clipper December 22, 1911:

Mrs. Ann Chapin, age 61, died of heart trouble Sunday morning, Dec. 17th, at her home in Morgan. The funeral was held in the stake house, Wednesday, Dec. 20th. It was largely attended. The speakers were Bishop Alonzo Francis, President Daniel Heiner, Ex-Bishop Durrant, Bishop W.H. Toone and Bishop A.D. Dickson. The remains were laid to rest in the South Morgan cemetery.
