Phelps County Will Book A & B - pages 300-301

19 Jul 1895

I, Orin A. Grover a resident of Phelps county in the State of Missouri being of sound mind but in feeble health realizing the uncertainty of life and the certainty of death, do make this my last will and testament.

1st. I give and devise unto my beloved wife Hattie one half of my property both real and personal to have and dispose of as she see best.

2nd. I give and bequeath to my son George F. one half of all my property both real and personal.

3rd. I desire my wife to execute this my last will without bond and that she be curator and guardian for my son George F. during his minority and that she may if she thinks best sell the property in any manner she thinks best for her and my son's best interest.

4th It is my will that the money realized for my son George F. half shall be expended in giving him an education signing this 19" day of July 1895.
