OLIVER M. ARRAS

Oliver M. Arras, 84, 519 W. Lincoln St., retired mechanic, died at 9:45 a.m. --day at Blanchard Valley Hospital following a short illness.
He was born Oct. 13, 1889, in Jenera to Henry and Johanna (Crates) Arras. He married Clara V. Smith March 10, 1910, and she survives.
Also surviving are three daughters, Mrs. Clark (Lucia) Benington, Dayton; Jeanne Hoch, Mrs. Vance (Magdaline) Leiter, both of Findlay; son Theron H., Columbus; seven grandchildren; 10 great-grandchildren; brothers, Homer Arras, Ted, both of Findlay; Willard, Yellow Springs; sisters, Mrs. Elvina Weirauch, Arlington; Mrs. Helen Weidman, Saginaw, Mich.
He was a member of the Immanuel Lutheran Church and was employed by --efiners Transport Co., Trenton, --, until retirement in 1959.
Services will be at 1:30 p.m. Thursday at the Kirkpatrick-Hawkins Funeral Home, the Rev. Karl Fuhlbrigge officiating. Burial willl be in Memory Gardens Cemetery.
Visitation will be from 3-5 and 7-9 p.m. Wednesday at the funeral home.
