She was a homemaker and a member of the Lutheran church.

Survivors: one daughter - Mrs. Millard Cates, Jr of Weatherford, three sons - Lorenz Kunkel of Tulsa, Edgar Kunkel of Corpus Christi, Leonard Kunkel of Seymour, 14 grandchildren, one great-grandchild, three sisters, two brothers.
