Henry Jackson Tuckness married Frances Louise Anawalt on September 24, 1922, in Canyon County, Idaho. They had a daughter, Dorothy L. Tuckness.

CALDWELL — Services for Henry J. Tuckness, 78, of Route 7, Caldwell, who died
Friday at a Caldwell hospital, will be conducted at 2 p.m. Tuesday at Flahiff
Chapel, by the Rev. Clare Olney of the First Congregational Church in Nampa.
Interment will be at Hillcrest.

He was born Oct. 3, 1897, at Goodson, Mo. where he was reared and educated. He
moved to Montana in 1918, and to Idaho in 1921. He married Louise Anawalt Sept.
24, 1922, in Caldwell. They ranched in Jordan Valley. In 1927, they moved to the
Maple Grove Community south of Caldwell, where they farmed until 1957. They then
moved to the Black Canyon area north of Caldwell. She died March 18, 1975.

He was a member of Middleton Grange No. 6 and Canyon County Pomona Grange No. 4.

Surviving are two sons, Earl M. of Caldwell and Don C. of Nampa; a daughter,
Mrs. Mildred Ray of Caldwell; a brother, Jeff of Shelton, Wash.; a sister, Mrs.
Rosa Gladden of Santa Paulo, Calif.; and 11 grandchildren. He was preceded in
death by a daughter, Dorothy Black, four brothers and three sisters.

Memorials may be given to the Heart Fund.
