Timothy F. Sheehan was the husband of Johanna. They had several children that included: John, Mary, William, Johanna, Patrick, Timothy, Daniel, Cornelius, and Dennis.

Died - SHEEHAN - In Montville, February 27, 1892. Timothy F. Sheehan, aged 78 years. Funeral from his late residence, Montville, at 8 a.m., St. John's church, Montville at 9 a.m. Tuesday, March 1. Relatives and friends are invited to attend.

Last will and Testament (Filed in Montville, Connecticut town hall) Oct. 29, 1883
His daughter "Annie" Sheehan was the Executrix of the will. She appeared in court and resigned the Executrix to her mother Johanna Sheehan of Montville. A notice of the estate was published in the Norwich Morning Bulletin.

"I Timothy Sheehan of the town of Montville, County of New London, State of Connecticut, being of sound and disposing mind and memory do make and ordain this my last will and testament in manner and form following: I will that my just debts and funeral expenses be paid and discharged by my executrix hereinafter named. I give, grant, devise and bequeath to my beloved wife Johanna Sheehan the use of all the balance of my property, both real and personal after such debts and expenses are paid as aforesaid for the period of her natural life.

I give, grant, devise and bequeath unto my children: Annie Sheehan, Timothy F. Sheehan, Daniel P. Sheehan, Cornelius P. Sheehan after the term given my wife shall expire. The said property shall be divided into four equal parts and that my four children shall receive equally as aforesaid." (side note: interesting that this did not include Patrick or Dennis who were both living) Annie was made the Executrix.

The 100 acre farm was split four ways with Johanna continuing to live there until her death. March 1896 Cornelius and Annie (of Worcester, Mass) deeded land to Daniel Sheehan. Daniel later sold the property to Timothy F. Sheehan Jr. The land then passed down to Loretta, Then Patricia Sheehan and then into a living trust with a local attorney. The property sold for 200,000 dollars after Patricia's death in 2004.
