Artie Mae Seiber, 83, of Lake City, died on Sunday, Jan. 27 at the Methodist Medical Center in Oak Ridge.

She was a member of the Clinch River Baptist Church in Lake City and was a member of Clinch River Baptist Church in Lake City and was employed for many years at the Magnet Mills in Clinton and later worked for other companies in LaFollette.

She was preceded in death by parents Walter G. and Nina Shillings Snow; husband Elmer O. Seiber; brothers Ray H. Snow and Jimmy D. Snow; two sisters Maggie Moore and Margie Martin, Cora Lee Duncan Seiber, Raleigh C. Seiber, Flora Seiber, Alice Seiber, Marie Perry and Gladys Daugherty.

She is survived by daughter Barbara Seiber of Lake City; sisters Faye Burton of LaFollette, Mary Griffith of Greenboro, North Cal., Wanda Seiber, Maxie Braswell and Jean Snow.

Funeral services were Tuesday, Jan. 22 in the Chapel of Holley-Gamble Funeral Home in Lake City with Rev. Tom Byrge will officiate. Interment was in the Woodhaven Memorial Gardens. Holley Gamble Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements. Obit furnished by Jane Lane (#46908160)
