Mrs. Lenora S. Fleetwood, 92, of Brownstown, passed away at 12:25 PM, Sunday, February 14th, 2010 at Covered Bridge Health Campus, Seymour, IN.
Lenora was born in Freetown, IN on April 10, 1917, the daughter of Henry and Lila (Lucas) Bell.
On October 28, 1955, in Jonesville, IN, she married Farry Fleetwood, who preceded her in death on April 14, 1982
Lenora was a member of Surprise Christian Church. She worked at the Shirt Factory and retired in 1979 after 36 1/2 years. She enjoyed quilting and working in her flower garden.
Lenora is survived by her daughter, Estella (Eugene) Stout of Brownstown; grandchildren, Debbie Sue (Reggie) Fish, Brownstown, Russell Stout, Brownstown, John Stout, Brownstown, 3 great grandsons; 1 great great granddaughter; two sisters, Fay (Bill) Price of New Albany; Zelma Idlewine of Greensburg; two brothers, Russell (Wanda) Bell of Seymour; Carl "Junior" Bell of Seymour; and several nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents; husband; 1 great granddaughter; brothers, Ervin Bell, Leo Bell; sisters, Lillie Smith, and Mildred Nelson.
Services will be held at Voss Chapel on Friday, February 19 at 1:30 PM with Pastor Bob Manuel officiating. Friends may call on Friday from 11:30 until time of service.
Burial will take place at Acme Cemetery, Seymour.
Memorials may be written to the Surprise Christian Church.
