Milton Richard[son], aged 48, died at 6 p.m. yesterday from injuries which he received when a falling tree struck him wile at work in the woods near Clarks, his home.
He is survived by a wife and children. The body was removed to his home for funeral services and burial this afternoon.
The injury came about while Richardson was sealing logs in the woods Wednesday, a tree which had been partially cut being knocked over onto him when some mules ran against it. He was removed to a local sanitarium the following morning for treatment, X-rays showing that three ribs had been broken.
Death was caused by a punctured lung and hemmorhage, the results of the broken ribs, stated the physician.
