Beloved husband, father, and grandfather, DelRoy G. Anderson, 77, a longtime resident of Spanish Fork, passed away on Friday, April 30, 2010 in Payson.

He was born December 11, 1932 to Cariel and Vilate Anderson in Afton, Wyoming, where he grew up. He attended BYU and graduated from University of Utah, where he played football for both universities.

DelRoy started his long teaching and high school coaching career for the Washoe School District in Nevada. He led the Spanish Fork Dons as head football and track coach through twenty successful seasons as well as coaching wrestling and baseball.

DeRoy loved participating in and watching all sports and especially enjoyed following the careers of former students and Utah teams.
