CHARITON — Kyl Robert Scieszinski, age 28 of Knoxville, Iowa died in a work related accident March 14, 2006, at Gladstone, Mo.

Kyl was born October 2, 1977 in Davenport, Iowa to Jacque King and Bob Scieszinski. He lived most of his life in Chariton, Iowa. He graduated from Chariton High School in 1996. Kyl was very active in wrestling and football while in high school. After high school he joined the Navy and served as a member of the Sea Bees. After completing his tour of duty in the Navy he went to work in the cellular phone and cable TV tower business. Kyl cherished his time with family and friends, liked nothing better than to tell stories, listen to the latest events in everyone’s lives and playing practical jokes on people. He was a huge Iowa Hawkeye fan and always had their cap on. He was a very adventurous individual and loved the outdoors. He truly made the world a better place and will be missed greatly by all who knew him.
