John Benson was the son of Swanty and
Nancy Larson Benson.He had two brothers
and five sisters, Harry, Willis, Bertha,
Laura, Eva, May, and Inez. He married
Mary McKinnon of Randolph, Utah on
September 9 1913. Three sons and a
daughter came to their home, Stanley,
Arch McKinnon, Kathleem Elizabeth,
and Byron Norval. John was a member of
the faculty at Weber College in Ogden Utah.
