Mr. Elliff was born June 20, 1905, in Williamson County, Texas, and moved to Terral,Oklahoma with his parents as a boy. He was married to Flossie Hall, on Sept 25,1929 at Terral, and came to Lawton in 1939. He was a retired carpenter.
Survivors include his wife of the home; two sons Albert and James of Dallas.; two daughters, Mrs. Bennie Davis of Dallas, and Mrs. Betty Bolick of Duncan, Texas; Two brothers,David of Dallas and Samuel of Los Angeles, California.; Two sister, Mrs. Donnie Talkington of Los Angeles and Mrs. Mary Smith of Dallas; 11 grandchildren and one great grandchild.

He is buried next to Flossie in Section 8. Their grave is unmarked it is located according to records as being 10 feet south of there Son James and turn to the East.
