Mr. Dunn was born April 3, 1911, in Okla., a son of C. E. and Kathryn Dunn. He married Zada Howell on Sept. 3, 1928 in Crowell, Texas. He was a retired minister who moved to this area from Lubbock 16 years ago. He was a member of Bethel Baptist Church.
Survivors include his wife, two sons, Bobby Dunn of Rt. 1, Pattonville, and John H. Dunn Jr. of Perryton; one daughter, Edna Lee Sandlin of Oklahoma City; one brother, Bill Dunn of Dumas; one sister, Mabel Vessell of Oklah; 12 grand children and six great grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by one son, Virgil Clay Dunn in 1979'.
