Graveside services will be held at 10:30 a.m. Tuesday in True (Texas) Cemetery with Harold Eldridge of Melissa, Texas, officiating. Burial is under the direction of Lunn's Colonial Funeral Home of Wichita Falls.
Mrs. Cook worked for AT&T for 30 years in several different positions including telephone operator and information operator. Survivors include three daughters, Sharon Chalupa of Wichita Falls, Linda Ray of Forth Worth, and Cindy Woods Wichita Falls; two sons, Richard and Scott, both of Oakley, Calif.; eight grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be from 6 to 7 p.m. Monday at the funeral home.
