"Mrs. Rachel Brooks Bath, 75, 464 N. 5th W. St., died yesterday at 5 a.m. of causes incident to age at the home of a daughter, Mrs. Violet B. Allinder, 1052 Barbara Pl.

Mrs. Bath, who was born Aug. 26, 1870, in St. Helens, England, was a daughter of William and Margaret Jones Brooks. She came to Salt Lake at the age of 10. She was married to Daniel Morgan Bath in the Logan Temple (29 Feb 1888). Mr. Bath died May 17, 1936.

A member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, Mrs. Bath was active in the Twenty-eighth Ward Relief Society.

Survivors include two daughters, Mrs. Allinder, Salt Lake, and Mrs. Leone B. Rasmussen, Murray; four sons, Lon D. Bath, Los Angeles; Wilford W. Bath, Montebello, Calif., and Bryan T. Bath and King A. Bath, San Diego, Calif.; nine grandchildren and five great-grandchildren."

"Funeral services for Rachel Brooks Bath, who died Sunday, will be held tomorrow at 12:15 in the 28th Ward chapel.

Friends may call at the (Larkin) mortuary, 260 E. So. Temple, this evening and from 10 until 11:45 tomorrow at the family residence, 464 N. 5th W.
Burial will be in the City Cemetery."

Cause of death: Acute Cholecystitis , Arthritis 10 yrs
