Willie Green Waller, 88, died Thursday, September 25 in Paintsville Hospital following an extended illness.
Son of the late Jim and Sarah Roberts Waller, he was born July 17,1887, in Johnson County.
A resident of Blaine for three years and a retired miner, he was a member of the United Baptist Church. He is survived by his wife, Minnie Lewis Waller, who he married April 17, 1914, in Johnson County.
Also surviving are two sons,Cecil of Boons Camp and Raymond of Blaine; six daughters,Nellia Dollarhide,Buna Crum and Bula Dutton,all of Wabash, Matilda Mollette of Blaine, Faye Farley of Williamson,WV and Lestie Welfong of Wenton,OH,forty grandchildren and 67 great grandchildren also survive.

Funeral services were Sunday, September 28 in Little Friendship United Baptist Church at Boons Camp with Reverends Nim Sturgill and Glenn Arrowood officiating.Burial was in Highlands Cemetery at Staffordsville with Preston Funeral Home in charge of arrangements.
