Rites Arranged 'For Zelpha Kibbe
Funeral services for Mrs. Zelpha Kibbe, 82, of 3101 Sennett will be held at 2 p.m. Friday at Downing Mortuary. The Rev James Warner, assistant rector of St. James Episcopal Church will officiate. Burial will be in Wichita Park Cemetery.
Mrs. Kibbe, a resident of Wichita for 36 years, died Tuesday at St. Joseph Hospital.
She was born April 13, 1887, at Springfield, Ill., and came to Wichita from Shoshone, Idaho. She was married to Richard A. Kibbe Aug. 12, 1912, at Englewood, Kan. Mrs. Kibbe was a member of St. James Episcopal Church and Eastern Star.
Survivors include two daughters, Mrs. Alta Holgerson of the home address, and Mrs. Idros Howard, Trinidad, Colo.; a sister, Mrs. Charles Prescott, Englewood; a brother, Tom Roberts, Ashland; two grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
