Obituary, Mulberry Gap Baptist Association Minutes, 1930 Sister Rena Coffey was born July 1843. She professed religion at the age of twelve, joined the Cedar Springs church later moved her membership to Dry Valley and from there to Oak Hill where she remained until death. She was married in 1870 to the Rev. J. W. White, to this union was born four children. She departed this life May 4, 1918. One child preceded her to the Glory Land. She left a husband and three children to mourn her loss. [Submitted by] A Daughter.
