Victoria -- Barbara A. Weber, 45, Victoria, died Sunday, April 19, 1992, at the Hays Medical Center. Mrs. Weber was born Barbara A. Billinger on March 30, 1947, at Catherine and lived most of her life in Victoria.
She was an insurance agent and a member of the St. Fidelis Catholic Church and Veterans of Foreign Wars Auxiliary, both of Victoria.
Survivors include her husband, Richard of the home; a son, Richard of the home; a daughter, Melissa Schmidt of Victoria; her parents, Daniel and Angie Billinger of Victoria; three brothers, Robert Billinger of Victoria, Kenneth Billinger of Hays and Daniel Billinger of Ulysses; and two sisters, Kathy Kuhn of Victoria and Jeanne Marie Riedel of Hays.
The funeral will be at 2 p.m. Wednesday at the St. Fidelis Catholic Church, Victoria, the Revs. Peter Meis, Julian Haas, Michael Suchnicki and Gregory Beyer officiating. Burial will be in St. Fidelis Cemetery. A Veterans of Foreign Wars Auxiliary memorial service will be at 7 p.m. today, followed by a parish vigil at 7:30 p.m. and Daughters of Isabella rosary at 8 p.m. at Cline's Mortuary. Visitation will be from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. today and after 9 a.m. Wednesday at the funeral home, 412 Main, Victoria, 67671.
