Mrs. Susan Davis, wife of N. B. Davis, died this morning at St. Mary's hospital. She was 77 years old and had been suffering from dropsy and asthma for more than a year. She had been confined to the hospital since last May.
She is survived by her husband and the following children: R. W. and N. C. Davis and Miss Emma Davis, all of Decatur; Charles and John Davis and Mrs. Lottie Richards and Mrs. Electa Barnhizer, all of Indiana, and L. S. Davis of Ohio.
The body was taken to Dawson's undertaking parlors and the funeral will be held there Saturday morning at 10 o'clock. Interment will be in Greenwood.
