MOORELAND, Ind., Feb. 18 - Joseph Barnhart, age 65 years, died at 11 o'clock last night of pneumonia at his home north of Mooreland. He leaves a wife, one son and a brother, Bruce, who lives in Parker, IN.
Joe Barnhart was a native of Ohio, but had spent almost all his life in Stony Creek, near the place of his death. He was one of the best known citizens of the northeastern part of the county and his death comes as a great shock to a community which has been visited very heavily by death within the last few weeks.
The funeral will occur at the house at 2 p.m. Thursday and will be conducted by Rev. Kershner. Interment will be at Mooreland.
