OBIT. - The death of Mr. Drury Ragsdale, who died at his residence, one mile South of Paris, on the 22d of February, in the 56th year of his age. Drury Ragsdale was born in Mason Co., Ky., to Mo., in 1830, and after residing at St. Louis and Louisiana a little over one year, the family removed to the Northeast part of this county. Drury was the youngest of a large family of children. He was only thirteen years old when he first became a citizen of this county, and remained one for forty-three years, save four or five years' residence in St. Louis, between 1845 and 1850. Mr. Ragsdale leaves surviving him a widow and three minor sons, two by a former deceased wife, Louisa C., who was a daughter of the late Alexander Thompson and one by his last wife, Martha E., who was the daughter of the lamented Charles H. Bower, deceased. Mr. Ragsdale survived all of his brothers and sisters except one brother, Mr. Edward Ragsdale, who resides in the western part of this county.
