Mass for Dr. Paul Stuart Chisholm Jr., 41, and his wife, Kristine, 40, will be said at 10 a.m. Monday at St. Luke Catholic Church, Lake Street, and Lathrop Avenue, Lake Forest. The couple died Thursday after a car jumped the median and hit their car head-on on the Kennedy Expressway. Dr. Chisholm was head of neo-natal services at Illinois Masonic Medical Center Hospital and a professor of pediatrics at the University of Illinois. He graduated from Rush Medical School and was a resident at Rush-Presbyterian-St. Luke's Medical Center. His survivors include his parents, Paul Stuart Sr. and Jessie; two children, Ann and John Chisholm; and two sisters.
