Mrs. Hagemeyer moved to Naperville in 1996, coming from Cincinnatti, Ohio. She received her B.A. from Sweetbriar College in Virginia and her Masters degree from the University of Cincinnatti. She managed pre-schools and was a homemaker and a member of the Christian Church. Nell is survived by her daughters, Anne (James) Shannon of Naperville and Ruth (Dwight) Judy of Syracuse, Ind.; four grandchildren and three great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents, Henry and Emma (nee Curry) Atkins; husband, William; brother, Pearce Atkins; and sister, Dorothy Atkins.
