There is a Cemetery record only at Kinder Cemetery in Deer Island where her mother passed away just prior to her death that has been attributed to Laura as being buried there. Both dying of the Spanish Flu. The record is under L. M. Ballard. The Cemetery records indicate the plot was built in 1946 by Loring Ballard so it could be for Luara. It turns out is was for Lorings father who died in 1946 but was buried in Salem so the plot may be empty.
